I've always believed that Doug is an exceptional writer...
...reliable, dependable, efficient and professional...
...I could assign him documentation tasks and rest assured that he would own them and they would be done on time and well.
...able to simplify complex technical concepts to non-technical users in both documentation and online help. He is an excellent writer with strong technical skills. Always a team player...
...someone you can count on to deliver quality documentation on time, all while being a pleasure to work with.
Doug's work, without fail, possesses great clarity (explaining complicated technical material to beginners without boring advanced readers) and was always utterly accurate.
...the product's documentation is excellent...
Doug Cuff is my idea of a gifted writer. His thoughts seem to flow straight into my head with very little effort at reading his words.
The Install Guide was particularly useful and very accurate.... I have never seen installation documentation this good....
I love anything written by Doug Cuff.
