I like to use a site generator to run my blog, Technical Writing Joys & Woes. (Yes, even though this site is WordPress, which is one of the better-known blog options.) I like to keep content and how it's formatted cleanly divided. That's a lot easier to do with MkDocs and Jekyll and Asciidoctor and Hugo and Sphinx.
